I know some have 3d printed the armour for 000. I'm not certain if pepekura would be allowed for this build.

A 000, wow!!!!! That would be amazing. I'm staff at the Spec Ops detachment along with @tipperaryred & @SyntaxError, so we would love you to take on this build. I only recently saw my 1st 000 in the flesh at Celebration in London & the costume blew me away. There are cheaper kit options if you are OK with building a kit yourself. Jimmy in Breaking the Mold has done loads of jobs for our troopers, so you should be fine with his work.

Feel free to do a WIP [work in progress] forum post with updates of your build. Others here should be able to give some pointers. Our GMLs @Shadowsister & @Ghostmaker might be able to give you some tips / guidelines. Once you have the completed costume, then it's a case of taking clear images of your costume. Great costume. That involves a ot of face paint. The good thing is the soft parts should be handy enough. Off the top of my head, I don't think we have a Maul in the garrison at the moment.
