We did this comic con a few years back and it was a great event.  Its very much a big family day and the event is free of charge to the public.  The library can supply us with a safe and secure place to get changed.  Car parking is available and they will provide vouchers for snacks and refreshments for the Cafe in the square in the town.  The library will provide us with a table at the con so we can advertise at the table.
